The final amt paid to legatees was $2,306 which was split 3 ways: 1) Children of Lewis Swink, 2) Children of Barbay Burrow (Bourough), and Elizabeth Sherbert. The children of Lewis received 1/4th share: Jonas Swink, Minerva Gossett, James Swink, Leland Swink. Elizabeth received a full share per will.5
