Birth25 May 1718Enoch Pearson, II, was born on 25 May 1718 in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Quaker records list date as 3-25-1718. At that time Mar was the first month so the third would translate to May.1,2,3
Marriage1751He and Tabitha Jacocks were married in 1751.4,5,6
Death1780He died in 1780 at age ~62 in South Carolina.6,1
Burial1780He was buried in 1780 at Pearson Cemetery in Sumter National Forest in South Carolina.7
ReligionEnoch Pearson, II, was a Quaker from birth until just before he died in 1780 when he joined the Baptist Church. Enoch Pearson II was member of Falls Monthly Meeting in Pennsylvania and Bush River Monthly Meeting in South Carolina.6,8,9

Residence1765He lived on 1000 acres in Sedalia section in Union County, South Carolina, in 1765. According to the Union County Heritage, Enoch Pearson II left Pennsylvania to study surveying under George Washington in Virginia. He met and married Tabitha Jacocks there. They moved back to his family's home in Pennsylvania and then moved to Union County, South Carolina in 1765.5
Will20 Apr 1775He signed a will on 20 Apr 1775 at and codicil on 21 Apr 1775 in Ninety-Six District, South Carolina. The codicil signed the next day makes provisions for a baby his wife is carrying should it be live born.11
Militarybet 1776 and 1781He served in the military in Col Brandon's Militia bet 1776 and 1781 in South Carolina. According to Union County Heritage, while Enoch Pearson II fought with the Patriots, his sons initially sided with the British.1,12
