At 24 Jun 1758 meeting it was reported that the woman was still living with him and he was claiming they were married. The men were ordered to get testimony against him for next meeting. On 29 Jul 1758 the testimony was presented and ordered to be read at the Deep River Meeting. At the 26 Aug 1758 New Garden Meeting the man reported he had read the testimony against Israel as ordered. No other mention was made about it.14,15 |

The appraisal of the estate was done on 21 Dec 1835. Philip H. Crotwell was mentioned as a possible appraiser in the warrant but did not participate. He, Robert Neel, and James Gauntt were among the buyers at the estate sale. In 1837 the amount for distribution to heirs was $2,020.21. The widow got her third ($673.40) and the rest was distributed to his eight children at $222.50 each. The children by his first wife were Mark, Luke, Janet (w/o James Gauntt II), Sophia (w/o Robert Neel), Hannah (w/o Clement Jackson), and Phoebe (w/o Andrew Nates).
